How are your products made?We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

What do I do if my coupon code doesn't work?Email 8keysunlocked@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you.

How do I check out using PayPal?To checkout using PayPal, please do not log into your account first. Put all your items in your shopping cart and when you proceed to checkout you will then be prompted to log in. Please click on the PayPal logo at the bottom of the screen and follow the directions when you are redirected to the PayPal site.

Is there sales tax on orders?We charge sales tax on all orders shipping to the United States (except AK, DE, MT, NH, and OR).

How do I track my order?You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at 8keysunlocked@gmail.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at 8keysunlocked@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
